At FlyJustice OÜ,we believe in complete transparency — no hidden costs, no
confusing clauses, and absolutely no surprises.
You’ll always know exactly how much we charge and when we charge it.
Standard Service Fee
Our standard fee is 35% of the successfully recovered compensation amount (VAT not applicable at present).
FlyJustice is currently operating under Estonian registration and is not VAT-registered during the initial launch phase when our pricing remains VAT-free, providing you with maximum value and transparency.
Once VAT registration becomes active, it will be clearly indicated and reflected on this page and in all customer invoices.
There are no extra deductions — all transaction and transfer costs are included in our fee.
Loyalty Reward Program
No forms, no sign-ups — it’s automatic.
Loyalty status is linked to you as an individual passenger, not your email address.If you submit claims on behalf of family or friends, their cases are treated independently.
This ensures fairness — our loyalty discount rewards returning passengers who trust us with their own flight claims.
Simplified for a future compensation of €400:
- Standard fee (before Preferred status): €140
- Preferred Client fee: €120
- You keep: €280
This 5% loyalty discount is our way of thanking you for your continued trust in FlyJustice.
Legal Action Policy
At FlyJustice, we always aim to secure your compensation through direct negotiation with the airline.
However, some airlines refuse to comply even with clear legal obligations.
In those cases,
we may need to escalate the matter through legal proceedings in cooperation with our
partner law firms across the EU.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll always inform you before any legal escalation.
- You’ll have the option to approve or decline legal action.
- If we proceed and win, an additional legal surcharge of 15% is applied to the recovered compensation.
- If we lose, you owe nothing.
This surcharge helps cover the additional costs of court filings, legal drafting, and representation — but only applies after your explicit consent and only when the case is successful.
We believe in protecting your rights without ever exposing you to out-of-pocket legal expenses.

We built our pricing structure on three principles:
- Transparency – Every client knows the exact percentage of what is charged and process upfront.
- Fairness – You never pay before you’re compensated.
- Loyalty – Frequent clients are rewarded permanently through our Loyalty Reward Program.
We only succeed when you do.

FlyJustice follows the highest standards of consumer fairness and legal transparency as required under:
- EU Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 (Air Passenger Rights Regulation)
- Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
- Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority guidelines
We also comply with all advertising and pricing transparency standards under EU Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices).

Once registered, the applicable VAT rate and updated pricing will be clearly displayed on this page.
Until then, all service fees are exclusive of VAT but VAT-free, as no VAT is currently applied.
It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by Estonian and EU consumer law.
FlyJustice OÜ reserves the right to adjust pricing structures in compliance with regulatory changes or VAT registration obligations.
